General Education Requirements

Mission

The General Education program at Lake Washington Institute of Technology helps our students develop foundational skills in written communication, quantitative reasoning, social science, and the humanities. These skills prepare students for success in technical programs and careers, cultivate critical thinking, and foster the values of life-long learning.
