CSD 297 IT Project

3 credits

In this course students develop a real world software application, going through a complete application development life cycle, including analysis, design, specification, implementation, debugging, and deployment.

Prerequisites: CSD 112, CSD 122, CSD 138, CS& 141, and (CSD 228 OR CSD 268)

Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

Describe software application development life cycle
Manage development of an application from initial conception to final release
Apply necessary skills to solve a real world IT problem
Develop and deploy a complete software package
Produce written documentation for an application
Deliver effective presentation of a software solution
