Lake Washington Institute of Technology’s online catalog is the official source for college programs and courses. The catalog is your guide for planning your college pathway.
Use the navigation menu to your right to explore programs, read detailed course descriptions and outcomes, review college policies and resources, and learn what support services are available to you.
The following descriptions explain how to access program, course, and other information.
You can choose to explore programs by school or alphabetically. In both lists, you will find the titles of programs and their degree or certificate options. You can learn more about the differences and similarities among the various degree and certificate options under Academic Information.
When you select a program, you will be able to read the program description and overall outcomes and review the required courses.
When you click on an individual course in the list, you will access the detailed course description.
The icon at the top of the program page that looks like a piece of paper opens a degree planning sheet that is easy to print. The degree planning sheet will help you determine what courses to take and when, so you can complete your degree and/or certificate.
If you have questions and would like help planning your program, call 425.739.8300 to be connected to an adviser.
Courses are listed alphabetically by course type (course types are very similar to the program titles). If you know the course title or prefix for a particular course, you can use the filters at the top of the page to find it.
When you select a course, you will be able to see the course title, number of credits, course description, prerequisites or corequisites, the quarters the course is offered, and the student learning outcomes for the course. Outcomes are what you will learn to do by the end of the course.
