   |  DHYG 322 Dental Hygiene Theory and Practice II6 creditsThis lecture and clinical course is a continuation of DHYG 252 Dental Hygiene Theory and Practice I . This course covers preparation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and practice management in the dental hygiene profession. The concepts of teaching, learning, and problem solving (critical thinking) are integrated into clinical practice. New skills and procedures are practiced on mannequins and classmates.
 
 Prerequisites: DHYG 248 , DHYG 252 , DHYG 253 , DHYG 254 , and DHYG 258
 
 Corequisites: DHYG 321 , DHYG 323 , DHYG 324 , DHYG 325 , DHYG 326 , and DHYG 329
