ABED 071 Communication Skills Culinary Applications I3 credits
This course is exclusively for students who qualify for and enroll in the first quarter of the I-BEST Culinary Arts Certificate of Completion. It addresses industry specific vocabulary and language skills covered in the first term technical courses (CULA 116 and CULA 128).
Prerequisites: Successful completion of EASL 050 or placement by assessment
