CULA 241 Wines of the World3 credits This courses offers a survey of wine, wine-making techniques, and grape varietals across the globe. Students will explore the history of wine by region, including a focus on viticulture practices and wine-making styles. Regional influences of climate, various soil types, and the concept of terroir are also explored. This course will include wine tasting and assessment.
Prerequisites: Must be at least 21 years old.
