ADHS 86 Independent Study1 credit This independent study course is meant to help students catch up on credits in the most flexible manner possible and/or support them in their coursework through LWTA. We will use whatever means of learning available to complete coursework and prove student competency in non-traditional formats. In the process, students will also practice the skills fundamental to college success.
Prerequisites: Enrollment in LWTA
Course Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
- Complete graduation requirements by assembling portfolios, applying academic skills to complete coursework, synthesizing previous learning, and other standard and non-standard learning modalities
- Use academic and “soft” skills, including but not limited to punctuality, time management, organization, goal setting, professional communication, and project management
