The course provides an overview of financial concepts and ethics.

Prerequisites: ACCT& 201 and admission to any BAS program

Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

Perform time value of money calculations
Explain capital budgetting and cost of capital
Analyze financial statements and cash flow
Realize the meaning and measurement of risk and return
Value bonds and stocks and know their characteristics
Determine financing mix and dividend policy
