LASR 205 Photonic Systems Repair

4 credits
This course provides an in-depth understanding of the proper technical methodologies for problem analysis and maintenance and repair of photonics equipment such as lasers. The course covers the identification and operation of a number of relevant hand tools and measuring devices. Measurement techniques will be applied to various electronic circuits and optical equipment. The importance of equipment manual usage is emphasized.

Prerequisites: LASR 203  

Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
