WINE 120 Spirits & Beer3 credits This course will explore the history, production techniques, and classifications of all the major beer and spirits categories with a special focus upon regions of production and prominent producers. Students will also learn about the myriad number of ingredients used, various brewing and distillation practices, and the changing trends in the beer and spirits industries. Prerequisites: Must be at least 21 years old.
